Although there are very strict rules now regarding using your phone whilst driving, many of us still like to have them on display where we can see them or even may use them as a satellite navigation system. It is illegal to hold your phone in your hand when driving and ideally you need to have a hands free kit fitted to your car or be prepared to wait until you can pull over to make or answer any calls.
If you need your phone in view then you will need to find a decent phone holder that can be positioned in a place you need it to be. There are so many different types of phone holders on the market ranging drastically in price that you may find it a little confusing. Often the holders either clip on to your air vents or have a suction pad that you can place it on the window screen. Sometimes ones placed on the screen can cause an obstruction so you will need to think carefully about positioning before you go ahead and purchase one. You also need to make sure that your phone will fit snuggly into it and has been designed to hold its weight. If a phone falls from a holder whilst driving it may easily get damaged.
